ONEOFAFRICA Dream & Believe Mission: Empowering Africa Through Education and Community Development

The ONEOFAFRICA Dream & Believe Mission proudly continues the global initiative to transform lives across Africa. With a focus on inspiring hope and driving sustainable change, the mission is committed to supporting education and empowering local communities throughout the continent.

The ONEOFAFRICA Dream Mission aims to achieve the African Dreaman aspiration for resurgence, pride, and prosperity in a continent that has faced its share of challenges but is now rising to greatness. Through dedicated fundraising efforts, global partnerships, and community-driven projects, the mission seeks to reshape Africas narrative and cultivate a brighter future for generations to come.

Our goal is to bring hope, empowerment, and opportunity to the heart of Africa, said Doneza Smith, CEO of ONEOFAFRICA Dream & Believe Mission. By investing in education and supporting communities, we aim to unlock the untapped potential within Africa and ensure that no one is left behind.

Inspiration from Makoko, Nigeria

A recent visit to Makoko, an underprivileged community in Lagos, Nigeria, brought the missions urgency to the forefront. Nnamdi Ogbonna, a leading member of the ONEOFAFRICA board, was deeply moved by the living conditions in Makokoa community often referred to as the Venice of Africa. Despite its potential, Makoko suffers from a severe lack of resources: no clean water, no electricity, and limited access to education.

The situation in Makoko is heartbreaking, Ogbonna shared. Seeing people living without basic necessities, and knowing that many of them have so much potential but feel forgotten, is humbling. The government has largely neglected this community, but we aim to bring support, opportunity, and change to places like Makoko.
